Welcome to Advertise4Me (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Advertise4Me provides digital marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads management
• Social media content adaptation
• SEO and optimization support
• Reporting and analytics

Ad spend is always excluded from our fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

By submitting a form or becoming a client, you agree to the following:

A. Content

You will provide content on an ongoing basis (photos, videos, text, or other assets).
Advertise4Me will adapt this content for Google Ads, social media, or any channels we manage.

B. Content & Feedback

We always strive to create positive, professional content.
However, you acknowledge that Advertise4Me is not responsible for:

• Negative comments
• Negative feedback
• Public reactions
• User-generated content
• Opinions from social media users or any third parties
  that may appear on any platform, digital or non-digital.

C. Platform Access

You agree to grant necessary access to your advertising or analytics platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, etc.) to allow us to perform services.

D. Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate business information and promptly inform us of any changes.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe or GoPayment).
• Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled according to your Agreement.
• Ad spend is billed separately and is not included in service fees.

Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services.

4. No Guarantees

Advertise4Me does not guarantee:

• Specific advertising results
• Specific rankings
• Leads, sales, or conversions
• Any type of public response to content

Marketing results vary based on multiple factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

• Materials created by Advertise4Me remain our property unless expressly transferred in writing.
• Content provided by the client remains the client’s property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Advertise4Me will not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profit
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Reputational harm
• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Termination

Services may be canceled according to your Agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, with disputes resolved in Los Angeles County.
